Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Laborer who has hired him part-time. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the south to a Laborer, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
