History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. A true patriot, Rolf would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
