Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Everard's homeland. Everard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a brown shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is cut close to his head. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Born to a Armorer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
