He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Henry was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
