History: Gifted from a young age, Ralf studied abroad. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: Standing 5'9", this man wears a tan collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are violet.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Weaver business.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Heward took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Weaver and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: An older man who wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings, he is not a threatening figure. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. After a long history of fighting, Clerebold and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
