Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Lance was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miner. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Adam liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Description: An older man who has the majority of his body covered in plate, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is still thick. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bertram's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
