History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Charles took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He became a Ruler soon after.
