Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Adelard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tim embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Patrick was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and wants a kiss

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
