History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has achieved small success as a Cook.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and sabotage a competitor

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to get a good night's sleep
