History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Gunter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gunter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
