Description: He is a mite stocky and has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. His red hair is thinning but still full. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His ears are large.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Born to a Jeweler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is short and brown. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Robert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and he feels kind of lost in life

His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.
