Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Peter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Solomon hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Solomon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anselm embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Anselm was born with his mother's beautiful face. When Anselm reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Kyle is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
