History: He was born in a small plains village. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a assassin and was forced into it by his family

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with violet lining and desert motifs. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has green eyes and a violet hat with a white feather.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
