His shirt is pastel, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Roland speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Roland was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stylist. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in a small island village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He's also a talented Server, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
