History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born into a rich family. Nicholas abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To protect his home; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears dull violet sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sickle, just in case. His brown hair is braided into rings. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of illithids
