History: William was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by his family.

He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
