History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
