History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nicholas never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
