Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He struck the Detective job and began his own company from there.
