Personality: Miles wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Miles took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Miles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
