History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rolf grew up listening to his father's many stories. After coming to the age of reason, Rolf took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
