Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Peter and his spouse have recently divorced.

He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: This late middle aged man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body and is in decent physical shape. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and his religion dominates his actions
