Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Dustin will drive conversation. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to unite with his sister
