Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and sabotage a competitor

History: He comes from a rich northern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Through the years after Geoffrey was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Geoffrey's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
