History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Adam was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Body Guard. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
