Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shepherd who has hired him part-time. A true patriot, Jocelyn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Junk Dealer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
