Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and doesn't want to be a shepherd and was forced into it by his family

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Aldous was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Aldous's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bernard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
