History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Percival was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.
