History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bernard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and further expansion of business

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he desires power and/or immortality
