Heward Leighton, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His brown hair is cut short. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Peter Ainsley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He sports a flattop hair cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Peter liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Rolf Gresham, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
