Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Roland was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Navigator. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and money/treasure

Personality: Lance wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Baker business.
