Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a simple brown robe with white stripes complete with hood. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: William is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and doesn't want to be a apothecary and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Theodoric was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Theodoric's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Theodoric and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Kody lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter
