Personal [hide]
Description: He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Banker, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
