History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Baker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Dustin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears suspenders and yellow workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy yellow leather apron most of the time. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Guy was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
