Description: This man wears skinny pants and wears a blue and red robe with the hood down. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Frederick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is greedy

His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barkeep born in the past three hundred years. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He became a Barkeep soon after.
Motivation: He is content; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Trym abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
