He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
