History: Robert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker father left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
