History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Chad was born with his father's beautiful face. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
