History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Barrister job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is greedy

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is greedy; and retire the richest man in the east
