Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Adelard was born the youngest of three triplets. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Hubert was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a scribe again

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
