History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To protect his home; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and money/treasure
