Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. He is baby faced.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Guard soon after.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a worn and beaten armor. His tied-back hair is brown. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He takes great joy in being the best Painter in town.
History: Justin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has taken up work as a Painter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his sister

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Manfred was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Roofer. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Lance wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: He got into the Beggar business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. He became a Beggar soon after.
