History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Diggory grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: Jocelyn was born with his father's beautiful face. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
