History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Merchant. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Hubert was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
