History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Shane was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
