Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Manfred was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Spice Merchant. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
