He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
