Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
