His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Percival was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mason and was forced into it by his family; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Born to a Herbalist, his father struggled to pay the bills. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
