History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Justin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: He was born into a rich family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Navigator like his mother before him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is greedy
